Search The two main navigation methods in World Book Kids are Search and Browse. An easy-to-understand search results page with images help users find the information they need quickly. 1. To search, type a word or phrase in the Search box. As you type, suggestions with matching titles will appear. You can select one of the suggestions or choose the magnifying glass to see a complete list of search results. 2. Encyclopedia article results will be displayed by default in the center of the results screen. 3. Choose the More information drop-down menu to filter by pictures, maps, or videos that match your search term. 4. If the word you type is misspelled, the enhanced spelling correction feature analyzes the misspelled word, chooses the correct spelling, and performs a search on the corrected term automatically, while also providing a link to other possible spellings. |
