I use the Training & Support Guide all the time to help help users from afar. If someone needs help on using a specific feature, I copy the link for the how-to page or send them one of our tutorial videos so they can see exactly what to do from the comfort of their office, classroom, home - anywhere! I'll also attach PDFs to emails from the Free Materials site to spark ideas for new ways to use World Book Online in the classroom, at the library, or at home.
