    1. What are the Account Tools?
      These are a set of tools that wre developed to allow Administators a self service method of updating certain account information. I.E. administrator contact information, IP addresses, etc. From this site administrator can also view their Usage Repaorts and Access information.
    2. How do I find out how my account accesses World Book Online?
      Under the manange licenses tab ther you can find what ID/Password, IP addresses and/or Referring URL links your account(s) use(s) to access World Book Online.
    3. How do I update my contact information?
      Under the Manage Account tab you can change the School and Administrator's contact info including name, phone number, addresss, etc.
    4. How do I change the password for my school's access to the World Book Online Reference Center (WBORC)?
      Under the Manage Account tab in the Account Tools at the bottom of the page there is an area where you can make changes to the password for you WBORC access, or you can call our Customer Service department at (800) 975-3250.
